DESCRIPTION
The Super Insert Feeder has revolutionized the concept of stand alone insert feeders. This versatile feeder, that mounts in line to the document stream, can process one up or two up inserts. The dual Turbo Stepper motor and drive provide fast accurate separation and transporting of inserts directly to document stream. The transport Pinch belts provide a multiple staging of inserts for precise consistent feeding that will never mar the document. A Super feeder Insert control panel provides a simplistic operator control, and document integrity feed back. A high capacity gear motor driven horizontal Conveyor provides less operator loading.
Options for this incredible feeder are numerous. A Nesting Arm can be added to directly transfer inserts into a document jacket. Multiple feeders can be set-up to match inserts or documents together, by either a non intelligent manner, or by intelligent means with the use of many variations of Readers (OMR, BCR, 2D). An insert accumulator can be added to pre collated multiple inserts or documents, by intelligent or non intelligent means, before transferring them to the Base document stream.
