DESCRIPTION:

BASE- Bell & Howell MAILSTAR A825 4 Station cabinet model (mailstar 825 4 station), A312 Step Stage Turnover, Chain Take Away, 6 Foot Conveyor.

AIM - Brand new SGR Sheet Feeder/Accumulator (SGR Feeder/Accumulator), bottom friction feed, integrated pre-Accumulator stage, integrated Accumulator stage (pre-folding page collation), OMR reading (4 stations of select, Item Count Verification), and Batching mode (page count collation).

Reconditioned MBO B26 Folder/Collector, 2 fold plates (with 2 dummy plates), new covered spiral rollers, new roller guide blocks, new roller serpentine drive belt. The Collector is a constant drive flat belt stage, with dampening actuated stop pins and dump rollers. The Collector stage has adjustable top and side guides, with anti kickback hinged brush assemblies. Sensors within the Folder and Collector stage insure material tracking, and will immediately shut down the Folder if transferring material does not arrive.

The new Stinger Right Hand section is a compact three chain section with integrated Base controller module (controls system base functions - up/down sequencing, and Station selection), AIM push button Control Panel, Collector deflector, In-Track jam switch, a self contained Banner over-head document detector, and hold down straps.

YEAR MADE - YEAR CONSTRUCTED:

BASE - originally manufactured in 1989, and then reconditioned in 2008. Meter readings prior to rebuilding; Envelope count 4765171, On time 11,692 Hours, and Cycle time 4,807 hours. But these values have little meaning since most of the wear and tear components have been replaced for new.

AIM - SGR Sheet Feeder/Accumulator manufactured in 2009. MBO Folder originally manufactured in 1998, reconditioned in 2009. The Stinger right hand section and Controller module is brand new and manufactured in 2009.

CONDITION:

BASE - Reconditioned; All moving components that had noticeable wear was replaced. All surfaces have been powder coated. Blackened metal is either redone in Black Zinc plating, Chrome plating, Black Oxide, or Powder coating for rust protection. Hardware replaced by Stainless steel screws. New chains and belts through out. Chain Take Away has been modified with high quality bearings for non oiling operation.

AIM - SGR Sheet Feeder/Accumulator is brand new. The MBO Folder is reconditioned with new covered spiral rollers, new roller guide blocks, new roller drive belt. The Collector is reconditioned with new bearings, pulleys, belts, guides, brushes, solenoid, and wiring. The Stinger right hand section and Controller module is brand new.

AIM - The SGR feeder is featured (SGR Feeder/Accumulator) as one of our premier products, driven almost exclusively by the API Stepper systems, and completely controlled by a single CPU board. The unique page separator design, with reverse roll technology, insures fast positive feeding. Accumulation before the fold, combined with a Pre-Accumulator stage, allows for faster processing of pages. Plus, it allows the documents to be processed with a number of different read technologies, even though OMR is standard on this model, BCR (including 2D) or OCR reading can be added as an option.

The MBO Folder is a legend on it's own, the versatility combined with unparallel performance and durability makes a cohesive synergy with the SGR feeder that shares that reputation.

The Stinger, a compact version of a right hand section, that interfaces to the Base inserter, is only three track sections long. This alone means a smaller footprint, but the real benefit is the simplicity of the unit. Since all the necessary components required to interface and control the Base machine is fully integrated into the unit, concise accurate processing is made easy.

WARRANTY: 90 days parts, local labor coverage is available for a period of thirty days. If out of local service area; it may be possible to obtain a labor warranty, and beyond the warranty period, local service coverage from many of our affiliates. Montronics will install and train the full operation and maintenance (Schematics, Service and Operational documentation provided) of the system, as well as provide service coverage (Guaranteed) of the product for a reduced rate. The initial installation will be included in the system price, but travel expenses will have to be added since we sell systems to all US states and can't set a price for the travel expense portion.

OPTIONS:

A PC driven operator interface can be added for easy job set-up. This option gives the operator a concise easy HMI (Human Machine Interface) experience, that allows the operator to assign selectable stations and item count features through the Mark set-up page. Plus options such as computerized weighing, Divert, and Audit trailing reporting is incorporated through the HMI system.
