The machine retrofits that Montronics has developed for Bell + Howell mailing Inserters and AIM systems are extremely numerous. We have been busy in the last 19 years developing and producing modifications to almost every portion of the machines. We have developed modifications that have improved the performance of not only assemblies, but entire AIM configurations including the operating system. Adding AIM sections, In Feeds, removing unused AIM sections, adding stations, deleting stations, changing detection, adding detection, adding envelope Turnovers, belt Take Away, Stackers, adding DC drives, upgrading Drive and Electrical components, and Electronic boards.
