We first cover your documentation, whether we create it for you, or utilize your current renditions. If your idea needs to become a reality we will create your documentation, that is required for the development of your product, in the form of write-ups and electro mechanical schematics. The documentation will cover all the engineering ramifications encompassing all the products to be used, so that a cost analysis can be derived from the next stage.
Secondly we can do a cost analysis of the project, comparing the options concerning the materials to be used and how. Off The Shelf products that can provide short cuts for product creation. Costs for developing sub assembly solutions that can range from a circuit board to a machined impeller. Then finally the critical decisions regarding minimum and maximum production
Thirdly we create CAD models and begin testing the specifications required and desired for the product. From these models we can assess the strengths and the weaknesses of a component or an assembly, and then make changes easily if required. From there we can generate CAM files if needed, that are used to create parts on a automated machining and fabricating systems.
Lastly Montronics will create, assemble, troubleshoot, and test your product to the stringent specifications that are required. We can then finish your prototype off, by concluding all that required documentation for patenting your new product.
