designed for high production with virtually no maintenance; By utilizing
API Stepper drives, 1/2"
bearings, 1/2" shafts, PWM adj. drives, single bd. control, and much more.
The GBR RETROFIT was developed to improve the
performance and the durability of the proven GBR Sheet Feeder. By replacing the
Clutch/Brake components with superior Stepper drives, bushings with 1/2"
bearings, 3/8" shafts with 1/2" shafts, and more, converts this unit
into a performance star.
The DUAL ACCUMULATOR has the ability to dual accumulate
a multitude of pages in a side by side stream of various size sets. This system doubles
the processing speeds of two up intelligent and non intelligent document collation.
Vertical document processing has a new kid on the block, and ready to rock.
The new economy SHEET FEEDER was created to meet the
entry level statement producer, without giving up any of the benefits of the
larger systems. The Feeder has a large capacity conveyor hopper that allows over
2500 pieces to be loaded into a Turbo Stepper driven document feeder, which
equates to serious high speed production.
The SUPER FEEDER is designed to fit many different
insert feeding applications. Designed around the Turbo Stepper drive system
these units can process narrow ticket like inserts to full size inserts of many
fold types. With large horizontal motorized conveyor in feeds can accommodate
large capacities.
