A
reconditioned Insert Station will provide years of trouble free operation, but
an upgraded reconditioned Insert Station will provide top performance for many
more years. Not just aesthetically pleasing, which does promote a sense of pride
like the racing strips on boat, but provides a level of endurance that will
withstand years of physical punishment.
The
Relay Control Box contains the bulk of the system's control. A self contained
circuit breaker panel provides the system with all the protection any system
will need, insuring peace of mind knowing every electrical component is
covered. A KB modular PWM motor controller provides trouble free operation
even under the most extreme of conditions, while the PWM signal increases
motor life and promotes concise dynamic braking. The Meanwell universal 12Amp Power Supply can handle the incoming power variations including transient
power spikes, that eliminates the need for incoming line conditioning. At the
heart of the system is the Montronics Relay Control board; well it doesn't get
any simpler than this, the circuitry provides all the control functions and
the relays insure trouble free operation. Since the incorporation of the Relay
Control board in 2000 not a single relay board component has ever failed, or
required replacement.
Another Montronics innovation is
the Auxiliary Vacuum tank for the Front Table vacuum operations. It might not
seem like much - but this improvement insures that Front Table vacuum operations
are always provided a consistent flow, no dropouts even at the highest of
speeds. Anyone who has operated these machines at the higher speeds knows that
vacuum loss at one end of the machine could cause vacuum failure at the other, and for those who have not will never have to experience it with this
upgrade.
