CHRONOLOGY - This model was 1st manufactured in 1986 by Bell + Howell. Since then most everything has been replaced by either new or reconditioned components, with the exception of main cast frame components. This reconditioning process took place in the month of August 2009, and is ready for shipment.
DESCRIPTION - A Bell & Howell EI10,000 (Phillipsburg style) 4 Station cabinet model, Maximum 10,000 cycles per hour rating, A312 Step Stage Turnover, two stage Chain Take Away, and 6 Foot Conveyor.
CONDITION - RECONDITIONED: All moving components that had noticeable wear was replaced. All top surfaces have been powder coated. Blackened metal is redone in Black Zinc or Chrome Plating for rust and impervious wear protection. New chains and Stainless Steel shafts throughout. The drive motor and vacuum compressor has been reconditioned to new standards. Bearing assemblies and bronze bushings and been replaced and up graded to Oil light bushings or MDS Nylon bushings, A312 turnover Geneva gears replaced, all new electrical wiring, all electrical components have been replaced, and all electronic components have been replaced.
