DESCRIPTION

 

The 855 Top Vacuum Pile feed sheet feeder retrofit kit gives customers another option for their mailing needs.  We have taken another of the Bell + Howell work horses of the industry and made it better. By first replacing the discrete motion control drive components with self contained modular PWM DC and Stepper drives.  And then by adding non Marring 1st page Stager and Accumulator sections to increase throughput, and add functionality.  Replacing all the bushing components with high life bearings to create a near maintenance free, self lubricated system. 

To finish it off, we replace the button control panel with a powerful menu driven LCD display. And Powder coat the chassis to give it a new innovative look. The result, the Vacuum top pile feeder that you have had success with in the past just got a whole lot better.
