DESCRIPTION

There is nothing economic about the new Economy Top Sheet feeder except the price. This Sheet feeder has all the goodies you would find in a high end high cost feeder. The main drive uses a Turbo Stepper drive system for fast reliable performance, with no set life expectancy. A highly efficient separator mechanism provides excellent sheet separation and transfer, with high durability expendable components that can last for years without replacement. The Bison® gear motor drives the high capacity horizontal Conveyor, that can accommodate over 3,000 sheets, smoothly and accurately. This stand alone Sheet Feeder can be quickly bolted onto just about any kind of folder, and triggered externally or by a control system, to provide you an economical solution for entry into the statement processing business.

Optional read systems (OMR, BCR, 2D) can be added to round off this unit as a fully intelligent Sheet feeder. Another option, would be to add an in line Accumulator for processing multiple page sets prior to folding.
